Work-related Travel and Expense Policy
This e-learning course was designed to assist employees of Turtleback Web Solutions, Inc. in enhancing their ability to understand aspects of company travel. The goal was to familiarize employees with the guidelines and procedures for travel and expense reimbursement, to clarify what constitutes eligible and ineligible expenses, to outline the approval process for travel and expenses, and to emphasize the importance of accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
This course is designed to help employees of Turtleback Web Solutions, Inc. to better understand sexual harassment and its impacts on the workplace. The goal of this training is to increase awareness and accuracy in recognizing harassment, as well as create a better understanding of the policies, laws, and complaint process.

This comprehensive design project was initiated to address the need for faster training for onboarding in the human resources department. The primary goal was to ensure uniformity and consistency in the operational standards across new and existing branches. This module equipped the audience with the knowledge and skills required to consistently produce efficient outcomes across all geographical locations.
